Endodontists concentrate on procedures to save teeth from being extracted if possible.

To become an endodontist, it takes two more years of dental school.

Most of the procedures involve working in some manner with your tooth’s dental pulp. The pulp is the soft inner tissue of the teeth. This tissue can become infected, possibly leading to tooth loss unless the problem is discovered and treated early.

During an endodontic review, your dentist will likely assess your teeth through a visual inspection, take x-rays, and ask you questions to determine if any problems exist or may develop.

If you would like to make an appointment for an endodontic review, call us today for an appointment on 020 8360 0500.
